The staff of Peoples Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family served is unique with their own traditions, values and requests of how to best honor and remember their loved one's life. Julia Williams

Managing Director

Julia Frilot Williams, retired Occupational Therapist, is a graduate of Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX. Julia is past chairperson of Marshall Historic Landmark Preservation Board, past treasurer of Marshall-Harrison County League of Women Voters, treasurer of New Town Neighborhood Association, member of Nu Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and past president of Old Powder Mill Cemetery Association. She is member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and associate member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Julia married Milton Williams, III in 1967, in Houston, TX. They were married for 46 years before his passing on May 6, 2014. Milton and Julia have two daughters, Meredith Williams Gaines (Orrin) and Kelly Williams; and one son, Adam Frilot Williams (Akilah); six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Kelly Williams

Executive Director

Kelly Williams is a 1996 graduate of Marshall High School; Marshall, TX. In 2005, she graduated from Texas A&M University, Texarkana obtaining a Bachelor of General Studies, emphasis in Biology; minor, Social Science.

Ronnie Wall

Funeral Director & Embalmer

Ronnie Wall is a 1969 graduate of H.B. Pemberton High School, Marshall, Texas; 1971 Business Management graduate of Panola Junior College; 1989 graduate of Dallas Institute of Funeral Service.
